Frequently Ask Questions

Where's your location?Our registered location is in Bulacan, but all POS hardware can be picked-up in Las Pinas. For software only, simply download it from the link we provided and use for 15 days free.
Is it BIR-accredited?No, but we can assist you with the application. For the mean time, you can use it as evaluation mode.
What's your warranty period?For hardware - 6 to 12 months. For software, lifetime.
Is there any recurring fees?
No. One time payment, lifetime use.
Can I use the software to more than 1 computer?a) On a local network: we need to set-up your network so that all data is centralized. We charge a minimal fee for every additional computer on the network.

b) On a different location: you should get another license key. We give big discounts for multiple orders.
Can I see/access the POS remotely?Yes, remote app will be installed with no additional fee.
What will happen to my data after the trial period?Your data remains intact. Just purchase the license key to remove the trial period.
Can I use touch screen monitor?Yes but it's not recommended. It's expensive, shorter production life, and needs regular calibration than a regular monitor.
Can this software run on Adroid, iOS, Linux?No. Windows OS only (any version) as of the moment.
Can I use this software on mobile devices?Yes, but limited to Windows OS only. It is not recommended for small screens.
Does it need internet?No, except during online tech support and upgrades.
What’s the extent of tech support?Tech support is 6 months via FB messenger, chat, call, text, email, viber, online (Anydesk) – from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
The features that I want are missing in the system, can you include it?All client's suggestion and feedback will be considered, and might be included on the next major software update.
Will you teach us how to use the software?Yes, online training is provided. It takes 30-40 minutes only. Just advise your preferred schedule in advance, from 10am to 4pm Monday-Saturday.
Are you a legitimate company?Yes. We will gladly provide soft copy of our business papers upon request.
Do you deliver nationwide?Yes.
